Child (subclass 101 and 802) visa
A child visa (subclass 802 and subclass 101) allows an eligible parent to sponsor their child to live in Australia permanently. The subclass 802 visa is applied for if the child is in Australia whilst the subclass 101 visa is applied for when the child is outside of Australia.
